World Class Equine Pathway
Dec 09
Gilly Kinloch's mare, ' Beeswing' (Bee) has been selected on to the World Clas Equine Pathway. Having met the tough criteria with her reults last year, Bee has been chosen to go on several training days next year with British Team coaches. It is very exciting, and I am looking forward to getting her in off her winter holiday next week, when I will inform her she'd better keep up the good work!!!

Belton Park .......Beeswing WINS her Novice section!!!
24th April
It was to everyones delight that Bee won her novice section today at Belton. She scored her first sub 30 dressage, followed by a double clear. I let her gallop on the XC, so with just 2 time faults we secured first place. Her Owner Gilly Kinloch was very proud, it was a well deserved result for her. Nenagh also went very well again, and jumped a super double clear, with just 0.8 time faults XC. A dressage mark of 38, meant we just couldn't get close enough to the leaders, and she finished 11th! I was dissapointed with such a mark, which was 61%, and in my opinion she did nothing wrong. I am aware that I can improve her still, but potentially she could do a very nice test, I am left wandering what the Novice horse must achieve? Anyway I was thrilled with her performance and Im looking forward to next time. Pascal did his test this afternoon, and he performed a nice test, just lots of little things I can keep working on, but I really loved the fact that he went down the centre line with a 'real look at me' attitude! I am back at Belton tommorrow with Pascal to do his SJ and XC, so fingers crossed!
